These Terms of Use govern access to daitechnologies.io and any material published on it. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which covers personal data.
Who these terms cover
The company
The site is operated by Distributed AI Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its corporate office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. References to DAIT, we, us and our mean that company.
Acceptance
By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies. Material changes will be noted with a revision date.
Three kinds of visitor
These terms apply to everyone, but three groups warrant specific provisions because of what they may be considering:
- Property owners exploring hosting a node on their site
- Compute customers evaluating capacity
- Prospective investors reviewing company material
Nothing here is an offer
No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in DAIT or any DAIT asset. No information here should be relied upon in connection with any investment decision.
Forward-looking statements
Material on this site includes forward-looking statements about deployment plans, capacity, timing and commercial performance. These reflect current expectations and assumptions that may not prove correct. Actual results are likely to differ materially. DAIT undertakes no obligation to update them.
Pre-pilot status and figures
DAIT is at pre-pilot stage. No node is in commercial operation. Performance, cost, timing, yield and uptime figures published on this site are engineering estimates or design targets, not measured operating results.
Third-party research
The site cites third-party market and grid research, including Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Futurum Group and Grand View Research. That material belongs to its publishers and is cited for context. DAIT does not warrant its accuracy and is not responsible for it.
Certifications and standards
Where the site refers to IP65, EN 60529, ISO 9227, FM200, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA or GDPR, it describes standards the platform and enclosure are designed to meet. It does not assert that certification or audit has been completed.
No contract is formed on this site
Site host enquiries
Submitting site details, or receiving an indication of fit, does not create any agreement, licence or obligation. Any hosting arrangement is governed solely by a separate written site licence signed by both parties. Compensation structures described on this site are proposed terms, not executed agreements.
Compute enquiries
Descriptions of capacity, placement, timing or specification are indicative. No commitment to supply, price, term or delivery date arises until a separate written agreement is executed.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering or regulatory advice. Obtain your own advice before acting.
Cortex
Automated responses
Cortex is an automated assistant. Its answers are generated by an AI language model from DAIT’s published material and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not statements of fact, advice, or commitments by DAIT, and nothing said by Cortex forms an agreement or varies these terms.
Conversations are recorded
Conversations are recorded and reviewed so DAIT can respond to enquiries and improve the service. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information you would not want retained. Handling of any personal data you provide is covered by the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to extract system instructions, misrepresent your identity to obtain non-public information, submit unlawful content, or use the assistant to build a competing service.
Permitted use, content and liability
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, imagery and the DAIT name and marks are owned by DAIT or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the site, or use it for machine learning training, without written permission.
Imagery
Visualisations of nodes in place are illustrative renders of target site types and prototype enclosures. They are not photographs of installed, operating units.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or introduce malicious code.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. DAIT does not control and is not responsible for their content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. DAIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on material published here.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAIT, its officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this site, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Any separate site licence, supply agreement or investment document may specify a different governing law and forum, and where it does, that document prevails for matters within its scope.
