What pre-pilot means for every number on this site
No operating history
DAIT has not yet deployed a node in the field and has no nodes in commercial operation. The company therefore has no measured operating data. Where the site describes what a node does, it describes intended and designed behaviour.
Engineering estimates and design targets
Figures relating to power draw, storage capacity, throughput, capacity per cabinet, deployment timelines, availability, cost per megawatt, energy savings and revenue are modelled or specified targets. They have not been validated in commercial operation and actual results may differ materially, in either direction.
Deployment timelines
Any timeline stated on this site assumes a qualified site, an available secondary grid drop, granted access and no permitting or supply-chain delay. Real projects vary. No timeline published here is a commitment to deliver by a date.
Energy and battery claims
Statements about backup power, peak-demand reduction, battery capacity or grid participation describe the intended design of the node. They are not a guarantee that a given building will experience a particular level of resilience or a particular reduction in its electricity costs.
Technical specifications
Hardware and software specifications are indicative and subject to change without notice as the design develops. Only specifications set out in a signed agreement are binding.
Certifications, marks and visuals
Standards are design targets
Where the site refers to IP65, EN 60529, ISO 9227, FM200, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA or GDPR, it means the enclosure or platform is engineered to meet those requirements. It does not assert that certification, audit or accreditation has been obtained, and no such claim should be inferred.
Compliance is contextual
Whether a deployment satisfies a particular regulatory obligation depends on the workload, the data, the jurisdiction and the operator. Nothing here confirms that DAIT infrastructure will satisfy your compliance requirements.
Renders, not photographs
Visualisations of nodes on rooftops, pads, campuses and industrial sites are illustrative renders of target site typologies and prototype enclosures. They are not photographs of installed or operating units, and they do not depict existing customers or executed projects.

Hosts, customers and agreements
Host compensation is proposed, not agreed
Descriptions of site licence fees, revenue share, zero capital outlay or backup power are proposed commercial structures. They are not executed agreements and do not represent an offer to any specific property owner. No income is guaranteed.
Qualification is indicative
Any indication that a site appears to qualify is preliminary and based on information you provide. It is not a commitment to survey, to install, or to enter into any agreement, and it may change once a site is surveyed.
Only signed documents bind
No agreement arises from this site, from an enquiry form, from correspondence, or from anything said by the AI assistant. Rights and obligations arise only from a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of DAIT.
Partners and third parties
Where the site refers to delivery, engineering or IT operations partners, the track record and client relationships of those organisations belong to them. They are not DAIT customers, deployments or references, and should not be read as evidence of DAIT’s own operating history.

The site cites third-party market and grid research, including Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Futurum Group and Grand View Research. That work belongs to its publishers, is cited for context, and its accuracy, methodology and continued currency are not warranted by DAIT. Citation does not imply endorsement of DAIT by those organisations.
The Cortex assistant
Cortex is an automated assistant whose replies are generated by an AI language model. Its answers may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, are not statements of fact by DAIT, are not advice, and bind nobody. Where an answer matters, confirm it with a person.
